A chef who deserves a star for the pikeperch dish. A tour group would have needed a little more distance when eating, that was not well regulated by the wait staff. But everyone is healthy, no corona infection.

Nice a bit old it ambience. Nice view of the Bigge. Hygiene regulations are observed throughout. Price / performance ratio for the food ok. Personally, it wasn't seasoned enough for me, but I also like to eat spicy. Service very nice and attentive

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation here. The accommodation at the Hotel Schnütgenhof has played its part. A wonderful room with a lake view and a balcony. All employees were very helpful and friendly. And that from the first minute. We felt we were in good hands. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The food in the restaurant was just as good and plentiful. It was a pleasure to have been a guest in this house. We will be happy to come back.

Great view, delicious food and super nice waiter! You also have to appreciate and praise how well these people implement the corona requirements and still keep a good mood (even if some people just don't realize what that means in terms of overtime !!) Hats off dear team! 100% recommendation 👍

Restaurant nice and tidy. Unfortunately, the waiting time for a meal in our case was approx. 50 minutes. The food was good.

Nice service. Nice view of the reservoirs. We ordered schnitzel once with pepper cream and once with mushroom cream. The meat was good, but unfortunately drowned in the sauce, which unfortunately was relatively tasteless. From the feeling we would say that it was bound too much and became lumpy when cooling down. The fries were good. The salad made a fresh and crisp impression.

We went there especially to eat ... but when we arrived we were told that the kitchen had a power failure. Well ... it can happen. The waitress apologized 1000 times to all guests and everyone understood. We then had coffee and a waffle ... and this waffle ... OMG is awesome. Giant big and super fluffy. I can only recommend it. But we still like to come back for dinner.

We were guests at the Schnütgenhof from July 5th to 9th and can only recommend it. Some of the rooms have a great view of the lake, the staff is very friendly and courteous, the food is delicious and inexpensive. In addition, the lake, including the bathing area, is right outside the front door. If you're looking for relaxation in the Sauerland, you've come to the right place!

Were here yesterday, 04.07.2020 for a long time and we really liked it. Ate delicious cakes and drank good coffee at fair prices. Friendly and courteous owner (took over the house last year) Keep it up and good luck. We will be back....

We made our first stop here on our vacation in Germany 2.0. We were received very nicely. The rooms were great, very clean and renovated with love. The food was absolutely great! The asparagus was on point, the fish was particularly successful and my partner's steak was super tender and perfectly fried. Even the butter was a little toasted and for me it was the I point on the grade one👍🏼 The breakfast was also very good and there were particularly delicious rolls. Kindness and attention are not just words here, they are also used here. On top is the beautiful location with the wonderful view of the Biggesee. Thanks for the super pleasant stay! Completely inedible food. When clearing the waitress said that several guests had already complained about this dish (fish dishes). Lukewarm beer was also served. Waiters roar in front of the guests. Overall, a more than bad overall impression.

The nicest waiter ever. I like to tip. Great food, good portions. Can only be recommended.

Wonderful trip to the Biggesee. Dinner despite the full terrace was super tasty and fresh. We could see at the counter that everything was prepared clean and freshly cooked. Courteous staff. Very nice and helpful staff. We would love to come back!

Best place for food, beer and scenario.

The food was okay but the place neither very child friendly nor very friendly service. One of the view restaurants I would not recommend.
